Postural Support and Conditioning

Because we spend so much time either seated in front of our computers, in our cars, or both, or spend your days doing repetitive tasks, your spine and joints bear the brunt.  Our body's adapt to their most familiar positions and daily uses.  Over time, this puts strain on the spine, shoulders and hips, while receptive work with hands often leads to hand and wrist discomfort.  Jeremy has a designed programs to help reverse these effects by teaching people simple ways to strengthen and lengthen postural muscles that have become tight or shortened due to sitting or repetitive stresses on the body. This program is a must for cubicle warriors, or anyone returning to exercise after a long exercise hiatus, recovering from an injury or surgery, and for athletes looking to improve overall function and reduce repetitive strain and injury cycles.
