Jeremy has been teaching people to move safely since 2000. His teaching combines functional training, Pilates, yoga, physical therapy based exercises, Alexander Technique, and sports specific methods. Whether you are focused on training for a sport or event, recovering from an injury or surgery, looking to get in athletic shape for your first time, or just want to feel stronger and have more energy, his programs all start with a similar set of basic mobility and core stabilization exercises that will be the groundwork for your soon to be improved physical abilities.
Most importantly, his programs teach you to develop a greater awareness of how you use your body and take care of it. Once learned, it is hard to go back to any other way of being. Consistency is key.
